Co-Chairs:  Teri Goss-Paxton and Teena Estrada

Teri Goss-Paxton is a former Senior Paralegal for the City of Aurora, and is currently a litigation paralegal at the Denver law firm, Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti, P.C. She is an ACEDS Certified E-Discovery Specialist and holds the esteemed E-Discovery Executive Certificate (eDEX), as well. Teri has extensive litigation experience, including trial work, in both state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings in certain government agencies. Her experience incorporates significant e-discovery work and technological insight. In addition to serving on the RMPA Board, she shares her time and expertise as a paralegal mentor and coach and is passionate about fostering positive change in the legal paraprofessional world.

Teena Estrada currently supports the Frederick Town Attorney’s Office in all matters concerning the Town and prosecution operations within the municipal court. Teena began her paralegal journey in a small family law practice while working part time assisting in cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals with autism spectrum diagnoses. Her enjoyment and passion for the paralegal field drove her to branch out to other legal specialties, eventually landing in her current government role.
