All attendees who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion to upload to the Colorado Secretary of State Notary Division.

You MUST present your valid (not expired!) state-issued Photo ID to attend.

Registrants for this course will not be able to leave the training unless it is during the designated break. 

To register, send an email not later than April 25, 2022 to:

Your email must include the following information:

1. How do you want your name to appear on the certificate? 
2. Your name as it will be shown on your Notary Stamp. NOTE: this must exactly match your signature certificate that remains on file with the Secretary of State.
3. Do want to take the test onsite? (IF YES: you will be allowed to print your exam certificate, and obtain the required notarized Affidavit onsite.) 
4. Do you need an order form for a Notary stamp?
5. Do you need a Notary Journal?
