Mark Pirozzi, Esq.
of Counsel
The McKenzie Law Firm, LLC
Prior to moving to Littleton in 2017, Mark was actively engaged in the private practice of law in northeast Ohio for more than 20 years. Mark focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, Medicaid planning, disability trusts and special needs planning.
Through his estate planning practice, Mark provides advice, counseling and the required documents to carefully plan for not only death, but also the possibility of his client’s serious disability.
Mark also offers guidance as to the most cost-effective way to administer a probate or trust settlement process so that the intended beneficiaries receive their inheritance as inexpensively and as quickly as possible.
Estate disputes occasionally arise when a beneficiary believes there has been improper asset distribution after the death of a loved one. A probate or trust dispute resolution may involve mediation, the collaborative law process, or litigation. Mark has advocated for his clients’ rights in claims including will contests, challenging an executor’s actions, and other matters when the executor or trustee did not perform his or her duties properly.
