Presentation written & researched by Danielle Martens and Deana Stom; Ms. Stom presents.  Ms. Stom has over 26 years’ experience in the legal industry, specializing in Civil Litigation, with extensive experience in the following practice areas: Corporate (Corporate Formation & Incorporation, Regulatory Compliance, Customs / Import / Export, IP Protection, Trademark Law, International); Construction Defects; Personal Injury (Plaintiff and Defense); Wills / Trusts / Estates / Probate; Contracts; Real Property; Bankruptcy; Medical Malpractice; Product Liability.  A Colorado native, she earned her JD degree in 2011, after having completed her BA in Political Science in 2008 and AAS in 2002.  She regularly volunteers with such organizations as the Colorado Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial competitions and American Association for Justice. Ms. Stom has been involved with the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association since 2018. She has filled a number of leadership position on numerous other Boards, and volunteers with many other organizations.
